Most parts of New Zealand remain in Covid-19 Alert Level 2, with Auckland and Hiliton at Level 3. 

 

Auckland & Hamilton Region

-Shopping online for all products, for contactless delivery is available.
-Contactless Click and Collect is also available for instock items. 
-Shopping instore is not available and will resume at Alert Level 2.

 

All Other Regions

-Shopping online for all products for contactless delivery is available.
-Click and Collect is also available for instock items.
-Shopping instore is also now available, with stores open, operating under Level 2 Restrictions.

 

 

The Contactless Click and Collect process in Auckland and Hamilton will look quite different to normal Click and Collect. This is a contactless service to maintain safe social distancing. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email explaining the pickup process. This includes:

-Details of where to park your car when you visit our site

-You’ll be asked to send a text message or phone us once you arrive at the collection point

-We’ll bring your order out to the collection point

-You will then be asked to show us the order confirmation and your ID through the vehicle window

-We will then step back to allow you to load your order into your vehicle

N.B. we won’t be able to assist you in loading your car, if it requires a 2-person lift you’ll need to bring help.

Orders may take several days to be processed before being ready for collection.

 

Shopping Instore outside of Auckland and Hamilton, looks different to normal times too and some extra safety measures are in place to protect our team members and customers. This includes:

-Mandatory wearing of masks

-2m social distancing

-Limited number of people instore at any one time

As we’re sure you can appreciate, we have received high quantities of orders during this time, and couriers are also under a lot of pressure, so delivery will take longer than usual and may be up to a week.
