Important Customer Update
As part of the government measures to protect all New Zealanders at this time, we have temporarily closed all JB Hi-Fi New Zealand stores until further notice.
Click and collect orders
Our click and collect service is now on hold until we reopen for business. Any existing click and collect orders will be held on your behalf (in our secure warehouse) until the store of your choosing is open again.
Continue to shop online
Customers can continue to shop for all products online at jbhifi.co.nz. The New Zealand government has classified some of our products as Essential.
If a product is marked as Essential it will be dispatched ASAP during lockdown. Delivery times may take slightly longer than usual.
All other products will be dispatched when we’re back on deck, which at this stage won’t be until at least late April
Orders will be spit and sent separately if they contain both Essential and Non-Essential products.
The New Zealand Government has allowed the sale of Essential Goods during the lockdown period to enable people to safely isolate, stay connected to one another and work or study from home.These essential goods include; computers, laptops, networking, computer accessories, mobile phones and accessories, heating and cooling products, home appliances, security and health products. All products classified as Essential are clearly marked on the JB website. If they are not highlighted as an Essential product, then they should be assumed to be either not currently available, or have been classified as non-essential products.
