Conscious Party, produced by Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth (Talking Heads, Tom Tom Club), was the third album from Ziggy Marley & the Melody Makers, which comprised two sons and a daughter of Bob Marley. The album, with the hits "Tomorrow People” and their No. 1 smash, “Tumblin’ Down,” became the Melody Makers’ biggest success.
This new vinyl release, available for the first time since its initial release, also includes the previously CD-only track, “We A Guh Some Sum Weh.”
