Released in 1998, International Velvet is the hit second studio album by Welsh alt-rock band Catatonia, which topped the UK Albums Chart and became a defining record of the "Cool Cymru" movement. Fronted by Cerys Matthews, the album achieved multi-platinum success powered by infectious, hook-heavy singles like "Mulder and Scully" and "Road Rage".

Following the success of the limited edition 25th anniversary coloured vinyl release in 2023, the album is being repressed on black vinyl.
