Bolstered by the success of last season, webtoon artist Jun, a former special agent for the National Intelligence Service's Shield is currently serializing 'Assassin Agent Jun - Season 2'.
One day, Jun, struggling with a lack of creative stories, receives an email from an anonymous fan with a shocking story. After much deliberation, he decided to draw a webtoon based on a story he received from a fan.
Soon after, as if prophesied, a series of copycat terrorist attacks similar to the webtoon began to occur. Jun, now suspected of being a terrorist in the wake of the copycat attacks, goes directly to the National Intelligence Service (NIS) to prove his innocence, but the email he received from his fan vanishes like a lie.
