1 iPhone 11 is splash-, water- and dust-resistant, and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 2 metres for up to 30 minutes). Splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent conditions, and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not fully satisfied with your refurbished device within 30 days of purchase, please Submit a Request via our Help & Support page, or click Chat at the bottom right of this page, and select ‘Faulty Product Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees’ and let us know your request relates to the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We will arrange a return courier for your convenience.
Kindly note the following:
• Account-Locked Devices: Devices that are Apple iCloud or Google locked cannot be accepted. We will notify you if the device is locked. If it remains locked after five business days, it will be returned to you
• Device Preparation: Ensure your device is factory reset, powered off, and the IMEI matches the original one shipped. Returns with mismatched IMEIs will not be accepted.
• Exclusions: The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover devices with cracked screens and/or cameras, water damage, tampered software, product misuse, and unauthorised repairs (i.e., repairs conducted by technicians or service providers who are not certified by the device manufacturer and do not align with the manufacturer’s repair standards).
Once your device is returned and inspected, we will facilitate a replacement or refund.
JB Hi-Fi Minimum Voluntary Warranty:
In addition to your rights under the CGA, your refurbished device comes with a JB Hi-Fi Minimum Voluntary Warranty. For full terms and conditions refer to our Refunds and Warranties guide.
Important Note: We do not offer repair services or spare parts for this product. Where your device is eligible for a repair under the JB Hi-Fi Minimum Voluntary Warranty, we will facilitate a replacement or refund.
