How Long Does the HONOR X9d 5G Battery Last?
The HONOR X9d 5G has an 8,300mAh silicon-carbon battery — one of the largest available in any smartphone. HONOR rates it for up to three days of use on a single charge under typical usage conditions, or the equivalent of 52.5 hours of music streaming or 23.8 hours of online video. The silicon-carbon battery chemistry allows for a larger capacity in a slim form factor compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries, without significantly increasing the weight or thickness of the phone.
Is the HONOR X9d 5G Waterproof?
Yes. The HONOR X9d 5G carries an IP69K rating — the highest level of ingress protection available — meaning it is certified to withstand high-pressure, high-temperature water jets up to 85°C, as well as immersion. It is also SGS Triple Resistant certified for drop resistance from up to 2.5 metres. This makes the X9d 5G one of the most durable mid-range smartphones available. Note that water resistance is not a permanent guarantee and can diminish over time with wear and tear.
