The Apple iPad Air 13-inch M4 is Apple's largest mid-range tablet, powered by the M4 chip with an 8-core CPU and 9-core GPU. It is up to 30 percent faster than the iPad Air M3 and up to 2.3x faster than the M1 model. Unified memory increases to 12GB — 50 percent more than the previous generation — with 120GB/s memory bandwidth for faster multitasking, smoother creative apps and on-device AI through Apple Intelligence. The 16-core Neural Engine is 3x faster than M1. The 13-inch model supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 via Apple's new N1 chip, with cellular models adding the C1X modem for up to 50 percent faster cellular data. Storage options run from 128GB to 1TB.
